Policy for regional exclusive agent
a. Annual sales amount should be negotiated and agreed by both parties.
b. 5% of the agreed annual sales amount will be charged as the deposit.
c. If the agreed annual sales amount is reached, the deposit should be carried forward to the next year, if you continue to be the exclusive agent, or refunded to you if you will not be the exclusive agent in the next year.
d. If the agreed annual sales amount is not reached, we will discuss with you about how to improve in the next year, and the deposit will be handled according to the agreement.
